VAJJJSICLES

I'm eating a quick dinner right now at Wabora, a top 10 restaurant in Canada, with a group of great people. Max Smith, Zoe Kasiske, Mara Soferin, Hayley Greenspoon, Matt Orienstein, Athena Vegh, and Daniel Berman. I'm on my last day off for the summer of 2008 as a hockey director and counselor at Camp Tamakwa. Last night all of us stayed at Taboo, a resort in Graylin Hurst, which was beyond incredible. We all showed up ready to drink a lot of water and watch the Olympics. We did just that and saw Phelps win by 1 hundreth of a second to win his 7th gold medal and tie Mr. Spitzs record. The following morning I woke up and watched USA basketball push in Spains poo. Unreal on how good we are now. After the game I showered, we all checked out, and spent the rest of the day reaping the benefits of this resort. We all laid on the beach at the resortn went swimming with Mo and Smitty, hit up the Sauna, went in the hot tub, ate a chronz bonz lunch and soaked up some serious sun before heading to Wabora. The past few weeks since my last blog entry has been 100% E P I C in every sense of the word. The month of August has been one full of suprise and excitement. When I returned to camp on August 1st after my last day off on the 31st of July I found out that I was sued for How Howing myself. An evening program at camp and was in this case is a court made up of staff where anyone in camp can sue someone for something. Grace Kellie and Jon Franchi sued me. It was a no decision I came to find out. Michael Budman, one of the two owners of Roots, came to our shores with Olympian and world record holder in kayaking, Adam Van Gurden, to talk with our camp. After the talk there were a few kayak races with Adam and his olympian friend from Sweeden whom he brought. Michael Budman asked me to try and paddle in the professional kayak that Van Gurden used in front of the whole camp. I failed but it was a great experience. Staff hockey is still great, I've yet to lose a game this summer. Yesterday actually we played for the first time in a while. Our team won 16 to 12. I put in quite a few as our team showed a lot of heart to get the W. Hopefully we play again before the summer comes to an end next Saturday. So much has been happening on an Athletic scale for me in different sports lately. In a Staff Volleyball game I chased down a ball heading out on a deflection by one of my teammates. I flew into the benches where people were sitting watching, scratched up my leg, and ended up winning the point.People were going nutz but I have to admit it was a great play. I've hit a few more full court basketball shots. I use two hands opposed to one which every other person uses to get it there. I can't explain how I do it but I do.Vajjj. During the Can-Am staff softball game I hit a Home run to deep center. Jonah Raduns Silverstein also drilled one into the woods. We won the game a lot to a little. I went 4 for 4 with 4 RBIs, a pretty decent day from the plate. I won the ALL DAY event on the Mechanics team. I'm happy to inform those of you that A lot of great things are happening at camp for me. I'm now in Smittys Saab 9 3 headed back to camp. I'm listening to Love in this Club by Usher Beyonce and Lil Wayne, its the Booobery. The last week of camp is always sad but packed with excitement and spirit and of course Color War. I am about to lose service on my phone because I have AT&T and not Verizon in Algonquin Park, where camp is located. I return home to Bloomfield Hills next Saturday August 23rd. I will spend the night at home before heading up to East Lansing on Sunday for the last day of Welcome Week and to move in to college at my house on Evergreen in anticipation for my Senior Year at Michigan State University. I will be going up to EL with my majjj and Dudley. Should be a wild and crazy day. Besides that all else is well. I appreciate all of those who stay interested in my life. I still can't believe that I've had over 30000 hits on putinfenkell and I owe it to all of you. Thank you and Shabbat Shalom.
